Previously, this process was performed manually, with workers inspecting each piece individually under a magnifying glass. This method resulted in long process times and inconsistent accuracy. With the implementation of a Machine Vision system, process time has been significantly reduced, and performance has greatly improved, offering faster, more reliable, and precise inspections.
