Barcode/QR Code Reader
It involves reading barcodes in both 1D (standard barcodes) and 2D formats (such as QR codes and Data Matrix) present on the workpieces to be inspected. Additionally, it can capture numeric and alphanumeric data contained within the barcodes through the Machine Vision system

Surface Inspection
It is used to inspect the condition of workpieces, including surface integrity, scratches, and missing parts, by utilizing Machine Vision systems for thorough analysis and detection

Presence or Absence
Refers to the inspection of whether a workpiece is present or missing, while also identifying any missing parts. It includes a sorting system to separate good workpieces from defective ones (Good/NG).

Measurement 2D
Involves calculating the distance between two axes (X, Y) or the geometric position on an object and verifying whether it matches the specified shape or dimensions. If it does not meet the requirements, the Vision Controller will send a signal to the machine control system to remove the defective workpiece from the production line.

Detection and Counting
This solution combines detection and counting in one process. It can inspect and count both stationary and moving workpieces (e.g., on a conveyor belt).

Robot Guidance (Depalletizer)
Selecting workpieces with slight differences on a conveyor is challenging for humans. Machine Vision technology, however, can accurately detect and send the position data of these workpieces to robotic arms, allowing them to pick and place items into packaging. The system can distinguish variations in shape, size, and surface texture, ensuring precise sorting and handling.

OCR (Optical Character Recognition)
The use of Machine Vision systems to inspect, read, and capture data in the form of characters, numbers, and symbols present on workpieces, verifying whether they are correct or not.
