Previously, the inspection relied on manual labor, which was time-consuming and prone to inconsistencies. With the implementation of a Machine Vision system, process time has been significantly reduced, and performance has greatly improved. The system utilizes four cameras to provide comprehensive coverage and a clear view of the entire bottle mouth, ensuring accurate and reliable quality control.
