Glass Bottle Orifice Inspection

   

   The inspection process ensures the integrity of glass bottle necks and detects any type of defects present. Previously, this task was performed manually by workers, which was time-consuming and inconsistent. After transitioning to a Machine Vision system, process time was significantly reduced, and performance improved substantially. The system uses four cameras to provide a complete 360- degree view of the bottle neck, enabling accurate and reliable defect detection.
